I placed an order some flowers for Valentines but when I went to go pick them up they didnt have me in the system and they werent ready at tome given. Not really sure if I got the deluxe package I ordered, order seems like the standard package. They did make it right with making them shortly after even though I was not in the system but experience just seemed rushed and not what I was looking for. Otherwise front desk service was nice and I understand Valentines day is hectic.

My Nana had flowers delivered from Musa Blooms and they were absolutely gorgeous. Hand delivered to my front door 💐 wonderful customer service. Couldn’t recommend them more for your flower needs! 💗

I’m so thankful for Musablooms and especially Lisbeth. I called needing same-day flowers delivered to a funeral home, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with me over the phone. Her compassion truly made the process easier. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and handled with so much care. I’m truly grateful for the professionalism and heart behind their work and would highly recommend Musablooms.

Loved this place. My mom's in the hospital and I was on my way to see her. Actually I made a wrong/right turn and saw this shop in the corner. Thought it be nice to bring my mom something. The staff was incredibly kind and made this adorable bouquet for my mom in the most beautiful vase I've ever seen. My mom lit up when she saw it and got tons of vase compliments. She can't stop smelling the flowers (as they smell amazing very fragrant.) This will be my go to florist moving forward. Already thinking of what I would want for myself.

Really happy with the flowers and delivery. Wanted to send something to a family member at was at home recovering from surgery. They were so excited and sent me a picture. The flowers delivered looked pretty much identical to the photo. And to top it off, I ordered at 3 pm and it was delivered 10 am the next day. I couldn’t have asked for more.
